- Wet your hair thoroughly with warm water.
- Rub the bar directly on your scalp (or between your hands) 3 to 5 times, until it lathers.
- Massage with your fingertips for 30 seconds, then rinse.
- Store the bar somewhere dry with drainage between uses — it lasts far longer that way.

Does it actually lather?
Yes. Rub it 3–5 times on wet hair and you'll get a creamy lather. Without sulfates the foam is softer and creamier than a bottle's.
How long does a bar last?
About 2 months at 2–3 washes a week, if you keep it dry between uses.
