A tablespoon on the scalp · once a week
- Shake the bottle — it contains real plants.
- Apply to a dry scalp, section by section.
- Massage for 3 to 5 minutes with your fingertips.
- Leave for 30–60 minutes (or overnight with a cap) and wash with your solid shampoo.
